- Set the technical vision and architecture for an AI-powered Arabic education platform serving Egyptian K1–K12 students with curriculum-aligned, personalised learning.
- Deployed on-device AI inference using LiteRT, MLX Swift and llama.cpp for Arabic TTS, ASR, VLM and knowledge-transfer models across Android and iOS device matrices.
- Built a RAG pipeline on Cognee with vector databases and knowledge graphs over 250GB+ of digitised K–12 curriculum.
- Architected AWS infrastructure — DynamoDB, OpenSearch, Lambda, Cognito, CloudFront — to support millions of concurrent student sessions.
- Ran the content pipeline end to end: OCR, structured extraction and knowledge-graph construction from Egyptian Ministry of Education materials.

- Led the team through the full product lifecycle, taking an enterprise SaaS application from initial architecture to production launch.
- Built the entire AWS estate from scratch — EKS, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, SQS — at 99.9% uptime.
- Owned the DevOps pipeline: CI/CD on GitHub Actions, containerised Kubernetes deployments, infrastructure-as-code with CloudFormation.
- Architected a multi-tenant microservices backend serving thousands of concurrent users with sub-200ms API response times.
- Established engineering standards and mentorship that cut new-developer onboarding time by 50%.
